Shipping Information:

Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days to ship finished toys. Orders are shipped from Charleston, SC.

• U.S. orders: Delivery time is 3-8 business days.

• Canada orders: Delivery time is 6-10 business days. 

• International orders: Delivery time is 7-21 business days.

All shipments include a tracking number.

Customs and Duties:

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.

Any additional charges incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
